At Totally Balanced, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Due to health regulations and our handmade products, all sales are final.

Defective Product Replacement

To ensure prompt assistance, please note the following:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email: shoptotallybalanced@gmail.com
2. Include receipt or proof of purchase and photo of defective item

Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement consideration will be given for products defective due to Totally Balanced's error (e.g., broken, cracked, spilled).

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:

1. Personal preference issues (color, scent, texture)
2. Failure to read product descriptions
3. Damage occurring after product delivery

Totally Balanced is not responsible for damage or misuse of products after delivery.
