Proccessing & Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we restock our shop once a month, leading to high order volumes. Orders may take 1-14 business days to process and ship. During sales, processing times may be longer. Orders are shipped only after processing is complete.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to update after receiving your shipping notification. If you have trouble tracking, let us know via email so we can assist. Our small team is working hard to handcraft and ship orders amidst high demand. Thank you for your patience!
Processing
After placing your Totally Balanced order you will receive an e-mail stating that your order is being processed. Processing may take 1-4 business days.If your order is placed Saturday -Sunday it will began being processed on the next business day (Monday). If an order is placed on Friday,processing MAY take up to 4 business days (Friday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday).
Please note, during massive sales, processing can take 3 - 15 business days.

Saturday, and Sunday are not considered business days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Orders made on these days will not began being processed until MONDAY. No orders will be sent out until the order has been processed.
* Processing means the time it takes to receive a payment for your order + the time it takes package and ship your order .
International Shipping
Totally Balanced assumes no responsibility for customs fees. If you purchase from our store it is up to YOU to pay duty/customs fees.
Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently only restock our shop once a month, because of this we normally experience high order volumes for our restocks. It can take anywhere from 1-14 business days to process AND ship your order. Please keep in mind during sales orders may take longer to process & ship. Orders are NOT shipped until processing is complete. Totally Balanced is not responsible for any delays on the behalf of our mail carrier. Please not that choosing (1 day shipping) DOES NOT speed up the process of you receiving your order. It only dictates how long it will take the shipping carrier to deliver your items. Your order will be shipped in the order of which it was placed.
After your order has been processed the shipping method/ shipping address is not able to be altered. Before completing your order please ensure that ALL information is CORRECT, we are not able to change information after it is in our system. Totally Balanced will NOT be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customer. If a package is returned to us you are eligible for a refund minus a 17% restock fee or you may pay to have that item reshipped. If a package is lost or stolen YOU must contact us via email and we will file a clam with the carrier.
If are worried that your package may be stolen you may request that a signature be required for your package to be left at your shipping address. This will be an additional $3.00 and is only available upon request. Totally Balanced will NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have left our hands. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and are automatically covered with insurance if lost or stolen.
