Custom Order Guidelines
Thank you for considering a custom order with Totally Balanced! To ensure we can create the perfect product for you, please review the following guidelines:

•Payment Terms: Custom orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement.
•Minimum Order Requirement: The minimum custom order is $150.
•Lead Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping. Orders should be placed at least 2-3 weeks prior to the desired delivery date to ensure timely receipt.
•Customization Details: Please specify the ingredients and product details you'd like for your custom order. We'll work with you to create a unique product that meets your needs.
