- Ice packs do not guarantee solid arrival.
- Melted butters remain usable, even unwhipped.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge understanding and release Totally Balanced from liability for melted butters.
- Refunds and replacements will not be issued for melted butters.

If your body butter melts:
- Microwave until liquid.
- Refrigerate or freeze (5-8 minutes).
- Whip with fork or hand mixer until light and fluffy.
